Check in
Check-in at the Hotel Altes Fährhaus is possible from 14:00. This gives you enough time to relax and enjoy your stay to the full. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us while you explore the surrounding area. We look forward to welcoming you!
dogs
Dogs are very welcome at the Hotel Altes Fährhaus! We charge a one-off fee of €25.00 for your four-legged companion. Please let us know when booking if you are arriving with a dog so that we can prepare everything for you. We look forward to welcoming you and your dog!
key handover
Keys are handed over at the Hotel Altes Fährhaus via key boxes. On the day of your arrival, you will receive information via WhatsApp or email with the necessary details. It is therefore important that you provide us with your correct telephone number and email address. If for any reason you do not receive a message, an emergency telephone number is always available to ensure that you have easy access to your room. We look forward to your visit!
Check-Out
Check-out at the Hotel Altes Fährhaus is possible until 11:00 a.m. This gives you plenty of time to end your stay in peace. If you would like to leave later, please ask at reception about possible options for a later departure. We wish you a pleasant journey home!
parking spaces
The parking spaces at the Hotel Altes Fährhaus are available to our guests free of charge. Please note that parking is on a first come, first served basis. We recommend that you arrive early to secure a parking space. We wish you a pleasant journey!
ferry service
The ferry at the Hotel Altes Fährhaus offers you a convenient connection to the surrounding attractions. From April to October it operates from Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. In the months of November to March the ferry operates from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On weekends and public holidays you can use the ferry from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Enjoy the scenic crossing during your stay!
