General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation and all associated services and deliveries provided by SH Gastro GmbH (Bieselheider Weg 10a, 13465 Berlin).

 

2 Conclusion of contract and booking

1. the contract is concluded by the acceptance of a booking request of the guest by the hotel.

2. bookings can be made by telephone, by e-mail, via the hotel website or via online travel portals (OTAs).

3. the guest is obliged to provide correct information when booking.

 

3 Prices and terms of payment

1. the prices stated in the offer include the statutory value added tax.

2. payments can be made in cash, by EC/credit card or by means of a cost transfer confirmed in writing in advance.

3. down payments are only required for specially marked rates.

 

4 Cancellation conditions

1. free cancelations are possible up to 48 hours before arrival, unless otherwise stated.

2. 50% of the total price including ancillary services will be charged for cancellations after this time.

3. the full amount will be charged for no-shows without prior cancellation.

 

5. arrival and departure

1. check-in: From 14:00 via a key box. The access code will be communicated by WhatsApp, e-mail, SMS or phone call. A valid credit card is required, which must be deposited during online check-in.

2nd check-out: Until 11:00 am. A late departure will be charged at € 30.00 per hour.

3. early check-in (from 12:00 noon) and late check-out (until 2:00 pm) are possible for a fee of € 80.00.

 

6. use and liability

1. the guest is liable for damage caused by him or persons accompanying him.

2. the hotel accepts no liability for the loss of valuables. Guests are requested to keep valuables safe.

3. smoking in the room is strictly prohibited and will be penalized with a cleaning fee of € 500.00.
4. pets are allowed on request for a one-time fee of € 25.00 per stay.

 

7. house rules and behavior

1. night rest applies from 22:00 o'clock. Violations will be penalized with 30,00 €.

2. guests are obliged to adhere to the house rules and to show consideration for other guests.

3. in the event of violations of the house rules, the hotel reserves the right to expel the guest from the hotel.

 

8. data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the hotel's privacy policy, which can be viewed on the website at www.hotelaltesfaehrhaus.com.

 

9. final provisions 

1. the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply

2. place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin.

3. should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
